🐛 fix: Odstránenie závislosti na jq — parsovanie JSON cez grep/sed

Proxmox host nemá jq nainštalované. Parsovanie users.json
prepísané na grep/sed/awk v ct/ubuntu.sh aj ubuntu-install.sh.
